I can see this thread was answered at 8:30 am today, the ticket probably shortly after, all in all does not seem bad at all...blame the crazy Canadian Thanksgiving if you need to, but chances are the same or worse will be seen in our US counterparts come that thanksgiving as well....I mean thanksgiving isnt a big deal in the US or anything is it? ;)

Yeah, I should have finished my thought on that response. I normally respond within 24 hours at least, mostly well before that. This only changes on weekends, as i said I don't normally work weekends. Sometimes i'll get a ticket that takes a little more investigation in order to get answers so those can obviously take longer.
plus i'm available on icq all day so if you need any follow up feel free to hit me up, i'm far nicer on icq than i am on gfy so don't be shy ;)
Actually they do, there was another thread exactly like this about their support not getting back to someone in 4 seconds. Seems most Canadian companies let their employees take weekends and holidays off. Blame Canada, they are so soft.
I sent an email to webmaster at pimproll dot com on the 5th of this month asking about their RSS feeds, and still waiting for a reply. What other email address can be used to get in contact with them? I don't use icq any more, have they got a Skype contact?

I had a login issue due to my old computer going to shit and they answered icq in a few minutes. Their affiliate rep is on whenever I need em. They are extremely polite, willing to look up whatever info I ask for, willing to give advice (I think I brought up something regarding to their feeds when I first started with them), etc...

While I was away on holiday in Italy the apartment we chose advertised Internet connection. When we arrived we found out it didn't work. So I had to go to an Internet cafe everyday to check emails and ICQ/Skype messages. It's what being in business is about.
A couple of days had so little to attend to and popped in here, as I was paying for the hour. And got told to go take a holiday and not bother.
I'm honest enough to say we're a one man band now and the business is running down. IMO 4 days is too long a delay. Who knows what can go wrong in 4 days online.
It takes an hour or so to check messages, send an auto reply that response is slow this weekend so people understand. Anymore then holiday back up should be provided.
Or there's not enough care and attention, to take an hour out of your day to attend to people who are working.
For instance. If the Tube site had crashed, would it take 4 days for you to find out and deal with it, or is someone watching it? Can that person be trained to check affiliates messages and forward the most important, respond to the rest that it will be dealt with in 4 days or something of than nature?
I would imagine the guys watching the Tubes are not complete idiots and can deal with some of the requests.

I was surprised to see that the PORN linking options/linkbuilder no longer appears in the webmasters area, though I suppose they'll still take a lot of shit for it until the links are removed from the sites and galleries.

Not an attack on you. It's just stating that having people who can handle chores like, every 24 hours checking on the affiliates tickets, seem logical to a company of your size. This thread shows some are not happy, this is just one that bothered to post his complaints. Some don't, they just move away.
It's up to you whether you take the advice or not. Remember people are watching you and now you have a Tube, thinking.
