Desktop Gallery Creation Software???

I'm looking for a desktop gallery creation software where i can batch add a list of url|title|desc and create a simple gallery html page.

do you know any or does this exist?

thanks, i'm looking at that one now but not sure it has the import functions i'm looking for. seems to be only for images already on a hard drive, i need to import from url.
