    Modeling Contracts?

    Does anyone have a adult modeling contract I could review. Not a model release, but a contract stating their obligations to the company. Example: The model must shoot X amount of galleries or shoots for x amount of day or months, ect.

      Who do you think you are booking Kate Moss?

      What are you going to do if she does not complete her work, sue her?

      Or maybe not pay her for anything like some shooters have been known to do.

      Pay her by the day or the set and be thankful that she still wants ot work for you in a weeks time.

      Or better still learn to drive a taxi, cos you sure are going to be lost being a photographer shoting porn.

          True that! I've been burned before on a single model site and I know that it's more of an intimidation factor to have it. Does it work?

              We have a policy of paying models well and then they are happy to shoot with us whenever we want them even if it means cancelling other work.
