    Google analytics alternatives?

    Do any of you guys use either of these

    Do you know if I can add one code to a network of 20 or so blogs and get over all stats.

    Thanks for some help

          I use piwik... never seen the openwebanalytics one before.

              With Piwik, no, you'll have to generate different Javascript code for each of your 20 sites. Can't use the exact same on all 20.

              I can highly recommend Piwik though. Our software (see sig), comes with it pre-installed, automatically tracks all your traffic, and also uses an internal proxy setup so there's no footprint left behind for Google. Customers love it though.

                    False... you can use same code across your whole network.

                      And since you have access to the DB and can export the data you can get that info in other ways..

                      Been using piwik recently myself and it's ok. Doesn't give me everything I'd like to see plus they mix "actions" in with pageviews (visits are separate), it's a pain to get real pageview stats.
