CCbill Connection problems?

Is anyone else seeing the same slow response from CCbill's servers?


I get request timeout when pinging them, as have 5 others I asked from all over the world.

This could explain the massive drop in sales we are looking at recently, with form hits remaining the same as past month...maybe join form takes way too long to load (or doesn't load at all) and visitors just go away...

"Card declined by bank" I tried joining a site using a card I have joined other sites with, that has plenty of money in it. "visa from pnc bank"

it makes me wonder how many people are be declined trying to join my sites....

please look into and fix this issue!!!!

Alexa shows a 30% drop in traffic over the last month alone to your foot site but I don't trust their stats.

connectivity issues while attempting to join....

what causes a join from submission connection time out...

CCBill does not allow ICMP to any of our public IPs, so any ping requests or traces will never complete and will show time outs, this is normal. This is done for security purposes and will in no way affect form access or processing.

Yes, august shows a drop in traffic too...but traffic is more or less the same it was in April (to make an example) where we had double number of sales compared to August.

Ok we are a small site, so "big guys" could say this is normal...but honestly...after all i've read around here, and the numbers i'm looking at at our site...i really wander if there's some connectivity issues with CCbill join forms
