Paxum Loading?

I am having problems with Paxum loading it simply hangs when processing the goes to Gateway error page after some time. Does anyone else have this problem. I cant even contact them as none of the links are working when it's hanging.

Everything is working, so you should be able to login to your account. The system does seem to be moving a little sluggishly at times, but our tech department are investigating and we should return to full speed soon. We apologize for any inconvenience.
