AT3 Help Needed

I have changed my server CentOS to FreeBSD 6.0 - 64 bit version

I need arrow trader lite 3 to upgrade. How can I do that?

get the freebsd 6.0 - 64 bit version
Keep all data files (this are usually located in separate dirs like : d l)
Override all the other files.
