Need help with video encoding

Hi, I am using procoder 3 and normally I dont have any problems encoding videos. Now I have a bunch of .mp4 files to run and I am stuck. I am getting this error message:

Your windows media installation is unable to execute the required tasks. Please check your file and/or encoding parameters or reinstall the application.

Anyone have any idea??? This is not my field of expertise at all:-)

yeah reinstall or try different software
