Geo Sorted Conversion

Anyone geo-sorting their traffic, I'm looking to piece together a "best" list of places to send traffic by country. Dialers, Asian destinations, whatnot.

Has someone done this? If they haven't, post your urls, and I'll check em out and sign up under your reference, and put it on the list as well.

What I don't understand is, why is there no service offering this?
I would love to stick a jscript or whatever piece of code into my HTML, then certain countries (I can select in an admin console) get redirected to country specific sponsors of my choice.

Then one could e.g. select to send Koreans to dialers, Korean paysite A or B. The service offering this could then take the webmaster referral (a la revsharehosting.com) as their commission...

Trafficjuicer.com is a pile of crap, I hope somebody comes up with a serious attempt some day.

My spanish dialer is converting really well for the guys running non spanish websites, they send to our fpas their spanish traffic that is useless to send to credit card paysites. As we deal directly with local spanish operators, our rates are higger for Spain than any other dialer company (doubling mostly of them). We have also translated the stats to english as we are getting more foreign webmasters per day. Where does the person offering this service, make his money?

I've written custom code for a couple of our clients that let their webmasters do what you just said (they have an admin panel, select the countries they want to send traffic to, enter a url to send other traffic to, and it outputs a .js file for them to stick on their site).

The difference here, is that the sponsor program gets the traffic that the webmasters chooses to send (eg, its a dialer program, and the webmaster wants to send german and italian traffic to them).

Traffic Juice makes their money from doing deals with the people who buy the traffic, but it means you have to send the traffic to those people.

I can see the possibility of doing an X% traffic leak version (you choose the urls to send different countries to, I take 1% of the traffic you send), but would people like that?

I can think about different opttions:

E.g. spanish porn paysite offers the guys running the service 60 % recurring. Webmaster sending the traffic gets 40/45/50 %. Different goes to service provider. Same with per signup sponsors or dialers. Skimming a certain % off of the traffic is fine too as long as the service's cut is reasonable (10-15 %ish I would accept, a la revsharehosting)

Traffic Juicer is BULLSHIT because it doesn't give you ANY options(at least not in their interface, supposedly you can email them and they can modify country specifics. I sent 50k to their shit & made 75 cents). You set it up & it drives all your non-USA/Canada/UK traffic to dialers. How fucking stupid is that? Waste of cash...

I want options. The guys who run a service like this gotta research each geo/languange region for the best sponsors/deals on a per click basis and should present OPTIONS on a per country basis.

Then I could login into a console and:

- Send Spanish traffic to Paysite A
- Send Spanish traffic to Paysite B
- Send Spanish traffic to Spanish Dialer

or leave it untouched.

Currently, I use offshoreclicks.com to milk those shit countries (mexico, thailand, korea, philipines etc etc) but I am sure a geo-milking service would do way better. Just a gut feeling though, what's your thoughts?

but with rates like that they're taking the piss.

And if they can't get rates around 70-80c per minute they shouldn't be in the international dialer markert, they're getting ripped off.

I want to have the *OPTION* to send my Korean traffic to a selection of exit trapped Korean language paysites or a Korean dialer. I would login and optimize my traffic milking every day until I find the optimal setting for each geo region for my kind of traffic

Replace Korea above w/ Turkey, Japan, Brazil, Poland etc. etc.

Why on earth does nobody offer a service like that?

You're right, if they offer $0.24 for spanish minutes it's because they are dealing with non spanish dialer companies, as i said, we can offer much higger payments, we get the best deals with the local operators as 90% of our bussines is located here.
They key for geo-targeting is dealing with companies from each country, they will offer you the best rates and best resources, main language content sections etc. For exaple we are offering adult and non adult content dialers for foreign webmasters for their spanish traffic and they are converting like mad because our members sections and content are in spanish (and not crap translated by altavista) and we know the kind of content that spanish adult and non adult surfers are looking for.

Well we have not officially announced the opening of Geo Bucks yet, but you may want to take a close look at it. You just add some code to your page and Geo Bucks handles the best place to send the surfer. You configure what countries you want Geo Bucks to handle. Shoot you can even send surfers from specific non ZERO converting countries to any url you want. Send them to a CJ site if you want!

We monitor what sites are converting best and send the surfer to the best place at that current moment that has the best chance of making you money.

Its actually similar to Geo Bucks hon except rather that *US* deciding where the webmaster sends their traffic the WEBMASTER themselves chooses a variety of sites for each language/country/niche and arranges them in a specific preference so for example..

Chinese would go to either...

domain1.cn
domain2.cn
domain3.cn

In that order or, any other order the webmaster wanted it to be sent to specific .cn paysites.

If they wanted they can also choose to send 1k hits to domain1.cn 1k to domain2.cn 1k to domain3.cn and base how they use the filtering in the future for thir Chinese traffic based on the results they get at the particular sponsor they choose whether that be a localized site in Chinese or, a dialer program of the webmasters choice.

Likewise, if they wanted their gay niche Chinese traffic to go to domain1.cn they could opt to filter the traffic based on that too

of course, they could just use it to filter the niche traffic without having to decide a language or, as mentioned above, just the language or, both in any order the webmaster using the system wanted.

The mine is more simple. I use the same free stuff that uses phpadsnew. I think we are using the same tech in different directions.
The mine filter incomming and outgoing traffic in order to send it to the correct sponsor or show directly a dialer instead of the real site.
I just made an advanced traffic filter not the complex system you have.
Even that, on my tests the performance sucks because of the gotargeting software.

Sounds like you have a good product coming out. We may have to do some cross promotions.

With ours the webmaster can choose the sponsors he or she wants to use.

Currently we monitor sales to all sponsor sites and send the traffic to the one that is converting best.

We have had a small amount of requests to allow this to be overriden.

Even though just a very small percentage of webmasters want this, we are adding it. They will be able to do the hard work on there own if they so choose.

Now if a webmaster wants 100% control of his foreign traffic http://www.trafficassistant.com is the most cost effective method to use.

Good luck with your program. Hopefully we can find ways to help each other. The big thing now is educating webmasters as to why it is important to geo target traffic.

I agree entirely with you on it being important for webmasters to sort their foreign traffic, thats what i have been telling them for the past three and a half years unfortunately, they are only just beginning to realize the importance of this now.

Whether they use J-a-v-a-S-c-r-i-p-t, .Htaccess, .php, or a third party solution it doesnt matter but they DO need to start milking their foreign surfers.
