Please, for the love of Christ...Get an attorney who specializes in Adult Internet law and do shit the right way. There are enough people out there shooting shit and not following the rules.

I can tell you first hand the 99.9% of the people that post to these boards are clueless about how the laws really affect them. Do you really want to take advice from people who don't know WTF they are talking about?
