I find the best way to contact them (for Aussies) is wait until PR Glenn comes on in our evening, he's always great at answering quick questions. I think some of the best support from programs I get comes from Pimproll!Comment

I remember when they first put it up in the City Square - caused a lot of controversy. I used to see it whilst travelling from school to the state library on the tram up Swanston Street. Then it was banished to the swamp, where it remains, although its surroundings have become very much more salubrious! Melbourne is now a very different to the place to the one that I grew up in - for the better I think.Comment

I didn't receive any sort of response from my four emails sent to that address, nor to the two icq messages I left with Pimproll's given icq number. And no auto-response either. I'll send another email right now and see what happens..... just sent another. No auto response after ten minutes! I've sent a few icq's to Glen - no answer there either.Comment

I love how people think GFY is a support forum. Last time I checked Pimproll has their own board. Dave is a douche in a few ways, but support for his program isn't one of them.Comment

Pimproll actually runs their own forum where you can speak with both member, support and affiliate. I advise since you are taking part as an affiliate, that you join their support forum. pornosells.com is the URL. Don't know if you can get an answer there or not, but worth a try if you can't get any live contact.Comment

Thanks for the constructive suggestion about Pimproll's Forum. Actually I think that the breakdown in communication was unintentionally caused from my end. I just before emailed Pimproll's support area using a Hotmail account and a Auto-Respond email from them came straight to me, complete with support ticket number. It would seem that there is a problem getting mail delivered from my (at) gonzodave.com email address. With regard to Seeric's earlier comment that "I am a douche in a few ways", he obviously didn't know that I couldn't even log-in to their forum or their network. Fact! Anyway, hopefully all will be fixed on Monday and I would like to thank all those GFYers who helped with constructive advice. Cheers everybody!Comment

I dealt with them last week about my personal account and I am +11 hours from their office but I sent a email got a reply within 24 hours exchanged 3-4 mails and never more than a business day for them to reply.
ICQ suck unless you are online 24/7 to many contacts and you do not get off line messages.
Why use a hotmail email use a real email and control you own spam filters.Truth TellerComment
