Most complete payment processor

Anyone can advise which international payment processor is best ? ie, should be abble to billl :

- Us & Canada credit/bank cards
- Europe countries credit/bank cards
- have bank debit for specific countries such as germany etc
- abble to bill some other countries such as australia, japan etc..

any infos welcome
