need video screen grab software

free - i had a good one but don't remember the name of it. all i'm finding through google is ones that cost money, not paying 30 to 40 bucks for something i know is out there for free.
needs to be able to save frame grabs at intervals.

i found a free one - slow but does the job. i didn't need anything with a lot of features.

I don't have any pirated videos on my website, but I have surfers everyday sucking
up low quality short clips with shitty compression because they don't want to pay
