classaffiliates.com rip off

I recently was cleaning up some link sites I own and noticed that I had a balance owed of close to 1000 euro from classaffiliates dot com I emailed and inquired and even though I have active rebills and new sign ups in the last three months they complained about the amount of traffic I was sending and said I needed 'new' invoices to get any payment from past owed monies. Anyone else had any problems with them and is there any recourse when this happens? I would normally just write them off and quit promoting but Id like this large chunk of euros.

To complain about the amount of traffic you send is ridiculous; it's completely up to you how much you send. It's certainly not related to whether you get paid for sales.

Sounds like they're in trouble and making excuses to delay the inevitable

I know he owed some dutch lawyer a lot of money as well. He told me he was trying to get money from programs to cover anti-piracy efforts. I asked for a copy of the legal bill so we could see what these so-called expenses were for and he fell off the planet.

This is 'Hippiegoddess' Indeed it is stupid to base anything on this... they guy actually argued it with me saying rebills were not 'sales' even though im supposed to get paid for them. He wanted to see new sales before he paid me.. Id taken most of my links down by then but somehow made one more sale... and got paid. How the fucker owes me about 340 euro and is giving me the same crap again. Ive removed all of his links now and threatened him with legal action... empty threat but maybe he will relent.
