how many of you plan on taking advantage of the upsell and cross sale options in the new system?

personally i'm not so sure that i will use them, but i am glad they are being made available.

We did use the cross sells with them but it is pointless unless the box is already pre-checked. Not sure if they will provide that soon or not.
