Yeah talk to Rochard... we can set you up with a complete mail solution on YNOT Mail including either 1) dedicated server or 2) dedicated server cluster depending on volume.

As for hosts... if you want to set everything up yourself, do your own reputation management, whitelisting, software, etc, an industry-friendly host I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend that you talk with Mojohost first and foremost. You will be hard pressed to find better people and their service has been fantastic.
