Need some interwebs help please.

For some reason or another I am unable to access Twitter on this computer. The problem started last night and I have no idea why. I am able to access it on the same connection with my laptop, but my desktop just won't let me get to it... tried restarting, different browsers, and all other websites load fine... what should I do here?

I have had sites accidently blocked by my antivirus, look in the websettings there.
On Some browsers, I also accidently blocked a site before.

Doesn't look like that is the case, anything else I should check?

INI file, but I doubt that, since it is only one site.
