Busting File Sharers

I've been following a file sharer online for a little while who has been posting our content on the various forums. I got especially pissed off when i discovered that on Saturday he posted our most recent update rather than ones several months old. So I dug deeper and found that he is Russian. And ironically we had a Russion guy sign up on that day. In fact he was the only Russian to sign up this week! Tie in the fact that there are similarities in the chosen username (although not the same) I made the decision that this couldn't be a coincidence. I cancelled his subscription and sent an email telling him why.

However, the dude has sent me a real shitty email back today saying that he has done nothing, I am a racist against the Russion Federation and what I have done is illegal!
So I gave it some thought as to whether I could have made the wrong call but have decided to stick to my guns. What do you think am I being unfair and would you give him the benefit of the doubt?

The only facts I have are:
1) The offending poster is Russian
2) The offending poster was distributing only older content until Saturday. New Russian signs up and then our latest movies show up on the thread all of a sudden.
3) The file sharer goes by the name of Nico77 and Nico777 on different forums. The new member in question chose the username lamo777. The username lamo777 has also posted on a site sharing our content at http://pornolab.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1246103
4) Since I booted him off the daily posting trend on his threads appears to have stopped.

Not concrete facts but I think that they are sturdy.

I'm not racist, I just want to see that if I get an opportunity to catch the file sharing scum that I grab it!

Id cancel his subscription too.

Seen too many users leave a paper trail that could really only be them (even if there were slight in changes username etc) it's been enough for me to to cancel and I'm usually 100% right ;)

I've been canceling female sign ups too recently.........the chance of your average housewife signing up to fap is nigh on nil - dirty little card thieves ;)

I can tell you this: the problem is much larger than this guy. Trust me on this.

Yeah I know that. I send a ton of DMCA notices every week and try and find out what I can on the offending posters. Sometimes they leave a paper trail, sometimes they don't but I stay vigilant!
Hoping that finger printing members user info into all downloads will be the norm in a couple of years when the technology is solid enough.
