Where do you get your code templates libraries

I do write things from scratch.

As always it's a lot faster to find someone that is offering something that is open source. What I'm getting at is a place that has a lot of small tid-bit libraries that I can freely modify and do with what I will. I've seen some places before but is anyone here willing to offer where they go?

    This could broaden my horizons.

Just a list of nifty algorithms, functions, and scripts that are opensource. Of course this is an easy question to answer with some google and random browsing but I was wondering if any of you had particular sites that really worked well for you.
