Need a posting script that does this-

For blog posts, looking for a program that submits the blog posts to my blog network and for any site reference like "Movie Monster" for example it automatically links that word or phrase from a database of urls with the names.

Also if possible when i publish one post to multiple blogs it morphs the posts from a synonym database.

yes that is the exactly the idea, but in a standalone blog posting software so i don't have to open wp for each blog.

i would use xmlrpc api for something like this.

then the installed plugins would take care of the rest.

or use a desktop publishing system, like blogjet, or blogdesk, or windows live writer, to publish posts bulk.

how much do you want to pay ? i built a javascript that does this.. also made a small windows program that does this, you just right click any text, click "profit" and it scans and replaces keywords with links from database
