sat behind them on the way to last january's vegas show. they weren't too impressive. left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

the only info i got out of them is that are from just outside of Tel Aviv.

Tried em..... and promptly dropped them after one month.
Reason: You send them lots of hits, referrals and new email address referrals, and your stats look great during the pay period. BUT (and there's always a but) in their TOS they say that their reviewers will look at your productivity by the 5th of the months. By the 10th of the month you check your previous month's stats and it will either show as 0.00 or else it will be a small fraction of what you really earned.

So for a whole month your stats look like a dream, at $2 per referred email addy, 8 cents per click, and $50 per signup. But after their checkers get done checking how many of your referrals actually bought something, they deduct you back down to zero. What a shit hole sponsor. If you're going to show stats that show earned profit, then PAY that profit, it's not the webmaster's fault if gtx cash can't convert my traffic when all my other sponsores seem to be liking it.

On a scale of 1-10, gtx cash is shit.

I can't let this drop yet. I sent gtx cash just enough hits to register some money, about $45 bucks worth according to their stats for my account. But the next month I checked my stats and found the balance of 0.00, so I emailed them about it.

Here is the reply:

When our tech staff calculates each webmaster's stats, the actual figures, based on convert rates is what is reflected. Your $40 sum was based on people who clicked on your banners and joined the site, but not as full paying members, therefore, the actual convert rate is what you see in your stats.

(which is now 0.00)

Why show earned revenue in my stats if you don't intend to pay it? I'll tell you why... it's to get webmasters all excited so they send you even more hits.

What if I had gone all-out that month and sent enough traffic to earn $4000 instead of only $40? You're telling me that you're going to drop me down to zero?? It's YOUR job to make them buy something, not mine Scott. I think you should start paying webmasters what the stats say they've earned, and quick, or your program is going to croak.
