script that puts jpg's in html

If i have a folder with like 100 pics, is there a program which creates html in that folder and puts all picstures to view, like you click index.html and first picture comes up and there will be next botton and previous botton to view 2nd picture or to go back and so on ? because doing it by hand will take forever with 5gb of content

how about something like that but for movies ? it can cut them into how many peices you want and etc ? make them for 56k 100k 200k etc ? thx
