Is is possible to build and have hosted a very simple (non adult) web site which would contain documents only, be easily found on the web through google, but must be completely anonymous, impossible to trace, and impossible to shut down? best way to do that would be to get as much copies of your files out there as possible.

- usenet newsgroups.
- mailinglists. (a lot of them get archived all over the web)
- store them in free webbased email accounts.
- get a couple seedboxes and spread some torrents.
- spread popular.unrelated.file.you.are.allowed.to.distribu te.and.your.document.rar on the torrent sites. (that should increase the amount of people downloading and also seeding your torrent).
- open up massive amounts of free hosting accounts, upload your file and upload some puller.php. (puller.php will than download new files from your other sites).
- filelockers....
- use contact forms that allow you to attach files to your message on any website that has them.
- ...

simply flood the net with your documents...

that's why redundancy is key here. As long as you can take down the files, someone else will be able to take them down as well. So what you need to do is to put as many copies of the files out there as possible.
