Web/gfx designer

Hey,

I need a web/gfx designer for a non-adult site I'm working on. I have a few ideas and requirements, but I am pretty open to suggestions. It's all HTML and graphics - no other programming involved.

I'm doing this for my personal, non-commercial site so if you are a full-blown, professional designer with skyhigh prices - I might not be interested ;-)

If you can make a basic template I can use on my site and a portal-like frontpage with some nifty boxes and graphics, feel free to contact me.

I would prefer if you could show me some previous work and had an idea for payment when I let you in on the details.
