my servers been fucked for 2 days now and now that mojohost bought them but hasn't moved clients over to mojohosts data center yet hosthead support seems to be gone
they use to be really good too always had replys within 10 mins
is hosthead support gone?

been 2+ days already and they haven't said anything to me so i'm guessing they aren't on the case yet =P i'ved talked to scooter and someone else over at mojohost and seemed to me like they can't do much of anything cuz the servers aren't in their datacenter yet
its SUPPOSED to still be the old hosthead team still taking care of support last i heard. but they started slacking off big time since the buy out.
*EDIT* i'ved talked to them a little after the buy out. not about this problem now. i haven't seen scooter online guessing hes taking the holiday weekend off.Last edited by waz; 05-30-2011, 05:25 PM.

Please contact either myself or Scooter by phone at the main line x813, by email to [email protected], Skype or ICQ. Besides resolving whatever issue is/was present, he can assist with provisioning of a credit. I don't know if you ever logged a support ticket, but that or just calling the main HostHead support line at 866-746-3674 if the best way to go 24-7. There was no old HH support team, it was a part time effort by the previous owner and Gerry. Today there are 18 people supporting HostHead. Further, we are making progress on the transition and excited to see everything in an end state sooner than later.
