Native Ads CTR and Traffic Quality

Hi everyone, this is mine first post. Im pretty new in hands-on media buying (know the theory more or less).

Recently I started buying traffic on major networks, tried to use native ads so to get users that are actually interested in mine content but run into two issues:

1. CTRs are something between 0.15-0.20% that feels pretty low to me. Which average CTRs you have on your native ads as advertiser.

2. It looks like traffic is totally non-interested into watching adult videos or it is bot traffic. Average time spent on website is almost non-existable on average. Do you have similar issues and how to fight this?

In general which amount you are paying to get 1000 real visitors from T1 on example? Do you achieve low cost with high CTR or something else?

your 0.15 to 0.20% CTR is what most see when starting out on native adult. I have had solid runs hitting 0.45% to 0.7% range when everything lines up.
The low time on site sucks though, super common with bots or junk traffic. I usually clean it up with tighter pre-landers, heavy blacklisting, and jumping between better networks.
For real Tier 1 traffic I'm paying around $30 per 1k visitors once optimized.
