I've learned, unconfirmed, that people using the card are having problems with ATM withdrawals. Support was completely unhelpful. Actually said, "we have a video of the withdrawal (from the machine security camera), you should have your funds." Users claim funds were not given. POS use is fine so far by people's accounts.

Going to pass on it.
