In term of type, we would be looking at a VPS that we could increase with time.
Storage shouldnt need more than 20Go
Budget is not a question
Panel is not a question
Localization, well, probably won't make much demand, as long as the hosting is ready to receive (false) DMCA, but DMCA nonetheless (for sharing links)
