Business Pricing e-mail database

Hi guys. I scrapped e-mail database (adult niche related) and I would like to know what is the formula/pattern for calculating the price of this database and how much pieces of the same database is OK to sell.
I know it depends on many factors but let's say it's a database of 50,000 emails (mostly from US).

Are you sure it's completely worthless? What about cold email strategy? And it's adult related, most of the people in this niche don't give a sh** about legality.

Legally can you only email them if you have permission to email them....

No opt-in straight to spam folder

I think its rather obvious that if they are not optin [single or double] emails then they will go to the spam folder or be reported as spam. To much of a chance.
