SecurionPay: anybody using them?

we started dealing with SecurionPay in order to get a MID but they don't reply anymore to our emails for fours days now.

Any experience with them? They seem to be good but this delay in response is a bit frustrating.

Problemi fixed in 5 minutes on Skype.

So far so good.
