WordPress Theme Analysis For Mainstream Project

I need to have an evaluation of a mainstream site running a premium theme. I need to know what plugins and other elements are needed to transform the stock theme into the customized site.

They appear to be minimal but not being versed in php or looking at code to know what is being utilized. Need someone who is.
