I've started a business of providing forums to Cities & Counties. Government-connected, with collaboration forums for any companies in the area.

I need some help with it. I need some advice, ideas, plus I'll need personnel like moderators.

There are 5,000 cities & counties in the US that can afford it. No advertising at all, but it's fine to talk about your company as often as you like.

Billion dollar company. What do you think?
