Photo Library Needed

I need to buy 5,000 picture library for a meme generator I'm building. The pics are used in the background only. They can be lo-res and non-specific. Thoughts about who, where I might find something like this? Thanks for the advice, brothers!

Ask/pay someone on Flickr access to use pics. Or read the back of the box on those photo cd's you find in software section some allow web publishing.
