well i have a web site and i would like to do some SEO to it.And i would like to do it with someone how won't scrue it.

just do everything yourself. make a site useful for the surfer and google will reward you. do some link exchanges with similar sites in your niche.

If you wanna fast results, you need a many link donors.
If you don't hurry, just make it slowly, place links one by one, make it like natural SEO... But it takes pretty much time.

Well i have unique...every day...yesterday i didn't upload any movies onl sime pictures...but usually i upload 20-30 movies unique tittle and description.
Well,a list where i can put my back link...or a site which will let me put my url...
they are quite hard to be found, or i'am not looking hard enough perhaps.But it must be a strategy on how to look for them..

Also post interesting comments on dofollow blogs.

after some expensive experiences with so called SEO experts, i turned to do all SEO myself. as already said, make it naturally, useful and slow. Use(r)ful comes before meta tag optimization. And there is always something, nobody knows how google will consider it, and thats where you can test....i just play, try some crazy thing..whta the hell is SEO???

it's difficult with SEO companies. You might pay a lot of money and, as already mentioned, worst case, your site is banned, because they did too much SEO. I'm sure, that google discovers any hidden SEO on your site. And hidden SEO is always bad. Longterm SEO is a natural linkbuilding, social media, and user useful content.

You should also put some effort on doing onpage seo, it's very important. If you don't know what that means you should go on amazon(dot)com and search SEO, find "SEO 2013 And Beyond" buy/or download somewhere for free and learn it yourself.
