i use http://www.jmbsoft.com/r/1215/software/tubex/ for all my video sites.

you can import videos from youtube and other sites via one click in the RSS import section.

pretty sweet when you want to update with a ton of videos real fast to get live content up in a hurry.

Tried hotscripts.com/listing/php-melody-music-video-cms/ and compared to tubex, it's quicker and easier for smaller sites.
