There are some good SEO guys on here. Check out the Buy/Sell section for traffic. If nothing else, post an ad in there saying WTB traffic and you'll get emails from all over

Worry more abut retaining your traffic, then buy traffic. You will be offered shit loads of traffic with questions like these, content is king.
