affiliate programs with APIs (application programming interface)

It's been a while since I have promoted adult. I took a break to promote mainstream stuff. I am ready to get back into things with some new knowledge! I was wondering.. Are there any affiliate programs with APIs? I want to be able to search their portfolio for paysites or products.
