Affiliate program - am I paying the right amount?

I'm needing female profiles to launch a new sugar daddy site on the 14th. They have to be new signups and be active.

I posted ads on Craigslist offering $50 for women and $15 for men but got only 3 profiles. Two of them were black pole smokers.

Is $50 too much or not enough? and where can I post an affiliate program?

There will be no porn on the public profiles but possibly in the private profiles.

I can get you 2-5 signups from among my friends. 50 might be a little low if you would like them to put in the effort to STAY active on the site.
