What does a guy need to do ..

To get the payout name on his check changed ???

I mailed like twice in june and thought it got sorted... then i didnt notice till october that the checks were still coming on the wrong name, and mailed again (to the adress that is listed on the FAQ page to mail to for this) and once again i get a check with the old info still.

So what do i need to do to get this updated?
