why do people announce thier post count?

and even worse why do people reply " Congrats!!"

seriously, who gives a shit if you have 100,000 post or 100 post, what the hell does it mater AND WHY DO YOU FEEL THE NEED TO ANNOUNCE IT. All you guys do is clutter up the board. Who cares if this is your 2000 post, hell if this what you posting for your 2000th time it doesn't say much about your other 1999 post.

GFY can we start a new section called " Look at me! I just made my ____ post!" and everyone can post there every time they make it to 1000, 2000, etc...

This is just as bad as the idiots who post " Great domains for sale" and it is stupid shit like nastywildteengirls.com and you asking like 5K for it... and yet again more idiots reply " great domains, good luck!" what's up with that?

I would think people put more emphises on the context of your post vs. the shear number of post you make.

As a programming refinement - all post counts should be removed and all posts of one sentence or phrase should be auto-deleted.

That's going to complicate life for some folks - they can barely compose a sentence.
