We are working on this right now...we did a Nats upgrade on Friday and need to look into the extra tracking that was added 0,0,0,0 at the end of the url to see if this is causing a problem with how we originally setup our tours...if anyone gets errors of any kind please let me know via ICQ 69134267 so I can get them fixed.
Thank you,

Might be it , but i think its more to do with the check thing i mentioned , the tracking is a much smaller issue than the fact people cant signup.Originally posted by ToolGuyWe are working on this right now...we did a Nats upgrade on Friday and need to look into the extra tracking that was added 0,0,0,0 at the end of the url to see if this is causing a problem with how we originally setup our tours...if anyone gets errors of any kind please let me know via ICQ 69134267 so I can get them fixed.

I dont mind missing a few signups that dont get tracked for a couple days , you can always credit us for those but if i send a surfer to a site he/she likes and they simply cant signup because the join form is broken , they will remember that..hatisblack at yahoo.comComment

LOLOLOLOLOriginally posted by chadglniVery weird when a big company doesn't notice sales die completely.
maybe they thought it was the spring break slow down, so they didn't bother looking for sales. They most have talked to Steve and he told them about his bad day on Tuesday because of spring break so when realitycash's sales dropped they just racked it up to " slow downs "

Wtf, is this fixed yet? It's a simple NATS config/biller issue... Either the cascade is not setup correctly or the proper codes aren't in. Someone may have fucked with it and broke it (could be thanks to the NATS 3.0 upgrade but who knows).Comment

That shouldn't cause a problem at all with your tours. However, you should look into your biller setup.Originally posted by ToolGuyWe are working on this right now...we did a Nats upgrade on Friday and need to look into the extra tracking that was added 0,0,0,0 at the end of the url to see if this is causing a problem with how we originally setup our tours...if anyone gets errors of any kind please let me know via ICQ 69134267 so I can get them fixed.

Hello everyone.
First of all, to me it looks like the problem has been fixed as I expected. Joins have started again in the Per Signup Program.
Now, about the rest:
1) the extra tracking is not causing any issues, at least none that I have seen. The Extra 0,0,0,0 on the codes is also 100% normal for any NATS v3 install. This is actually quite usefull to everyone once it gets used by people (tour tracking, double-sub tracking, ad tracking).
2) The problem was, like fuzebox said, a cascade thing. We fixed it yesterday. All transactions that could happen were stored, some joins like smokey noticed did not work at all, but most did.
Most importantly:
All stats that are missing for the per signup program right now will be fixed by this evening."Think about it a little more and you'll agree with me, because you're smart and I'm right."
