Our experience with Joe from AMA:

1. We have spent thousands and thousands of dollars and there has never ever been a problem.

2. I can always reach him on the phone, he always calls me back, he is a pro at what he does, that is how he makes his living, i can only think this is some kind of misunderstanding .....

3. 2500 bucks is money but not that much to cash in a hard earned rep with many many people in this biz.
