FEB Support Issue...
Yeh, another FEB thread from me. So this past weekend I had some questions I needed to clear up with them about accounting, I sent them an email asking about the problem. I thought about it for a minute and realized they probably wouldn't answer until Monday, ok, fuck it, I'll ask at GFY. I got my question answered within 20 minutes (thanks guys!) and all problems were solved.
Right now it's Tuesday night at 6 PM and I still haven't heard back from them. Yeh, I got my questions answered already, but they don't know that. I figured two working days would have been enough time to answer a payment question. What do you think?
By the way, I emailed their support address listed inside the webmasters area, maybe there's a better way to contact them?
