What he said. G3X too, unless I'm mistaken, VIPStream and a few others.
ND did switch to $35 PPS but it's hard to compare conversions vs. the % as there was no data and how many paying customers you referred.
Epic does have customizable live banners where you can select which category of performers to show in the banners.
