Sometimes you have to do what it takes to get your shot, but everyone does have their limits. I wouldn't make a gay video with a guy for all the money in the world. But turn my webcam on and let people watch, why not... I was making $500+ a week, jerking off. Come'on one person here tell me they wouldn't want to get paid to jerk it. I wouldn't be here today if I didn't get that cash infussion to get me going. Not to mention I cam whored about 3 hours a day, didn't need a job, so i took my extra cash and worked 5 hours a day pumping it all back in, learning advertising, and building sites. Not too mention now I can understand what its like to be talent (to some extent) amoung other things I learned along the way.
If some of you half way decent guys were having a hard time gettign started in this industry and you needed money, I would actually recommend you doing this.
