On the net any url that is not password protected is public. What if Google happen to spider his unsecure pages, would he sue google too.
To use your example earlier with with people checking door nobs for unlocked doors. What Fris did was post the address of someone's house that had a door unlocked. Saying, 123 Park St. has an unlocked door is not a crime.
