I think the biggest "question of fact" is to whether fris asked BS for $. If fris did ask him for $, and after not getting it put the info out on GFY, then he's an extortionist. But fris says that this did not happen. Without knowing what the actual truth is, it's very hard to pass judgement on this matter.
