Webcam Program Owners/Affiliates - 2257?

I know a shitload of cam models that are very worried about their off platform promotions. I can only imagine what the program owners themselves are going through at this point.

Program owners, what do you plan to do for your affiliates?

Affiliates, if you promote cam babes and use affected content how do you plan to continue your promotions?

Not trying to stir any shit, I've actually been waiting for someone else to address this. I'd suggest cam babes get on the ball making R-rated content to give out to promoters, but some would say I am jumping the gun.

The big issue is not the 2257 docs IMO but it's the fact you have to keep a copy of the each picture set, video and so on, filed with the documents. I can't see how it would be possible to do this for any sort of live streams due to the files sizes of the shows.

I would think they will have to amend that part of the law as I can't see how any webcam sponsor or live stream companies could comply with that rule.

I was mainly referring to the whole 2257 issue, not the cam issue, so I guess I'm in the wrong thread, haha. Cam girls handing out IDs is a serious privacy issue, something I'm sure the FSC is concerned with.

As is the norm, not one industry rep. has offered one peep of what they plan to do to make the transition to the new 2257 regs a smooth transition for their affiliates. We're talking 30 days here folks. Put some pressure on the industry to ensure that they are looking after your best interests, and not just their own.

My Guess is that their legal teams are working on what they will do as we speak and the bigger companies at least are not likely to start making random post about it here. Their affiliates would be contacted first i believe if anything.

My personal thoughts: I am wondering since the chathost is producing the content in her bedroom and passing it along to the site she works for will that chathost have to display her own 2257 on her live cam page instead of the website having it listed on the 2257 page and the website holds all the docs. Not sure how that works or will work, but from the standpoint of an affiliate it is pretty easy to deal with regardless of how the handle it, just don't use nude pics in your ads. Kinda kills the TGP's unless the industry standard makes a shift to non nude/ less hardcore pics then it would be ok. But think it would be hard to make money with TGP's with all clothed pics. As far as the rest of advertising using non nude pics i personally know that works well, so no worries from me as an affiliate. If i don't have her legal docs in hand, i dont use nude pics to advertise her.

Washing down steak with beer?!? Try a nice Cabernet or Merlot instead. Wine compliments steak much better than beer. You can even add some on the steak while cooking or create a nice wine sauce.

If you saute the onions and mushrooms first, you can make them nice and carmelized before putting them on the steak (btw, try shitake mushrooms sometime).

Oh well, beer or wine, it's your choice. Have a nice dinner...

Looks like everyone has fallen for the party line...

But the truth is, we have known that these new regs were on their way for quite some time now. And a draft copy of the regs has also been available for an equally long period of time. So, if any of the program owners have not already prepared for this inevitability then this really shows how poorly run this industry really is.

For some of you, this is your income. Do you truly believe that in ANY other industry in the world, the business operators would throw their faith in suppliers who apparently don't even have a game plan for something that is very quickly coming down the pipes.

I haven't been on this board for long, but I am continually amazed every single day at the business practices that are accepted here.
