I can at times help work some of these disputes out, but shit man I'm not a miracle worker. :D
My entire point is that this could have been fixed. You had your chance, and now it's done. My question to you is, what is it you want to do now? I seriously don't see you hurting Aaron's business to any significant degree, really. Of course, even one lost potential client could be grounds for him sueing you, that's true. But in the long run you're not likely to put him out of business, too many big program owners buy shitloads of content from the guy on a regular basis for that to happen.
So... my question to you is... what now? What's the point of going on with this rather circular bonefest? It's certainly raising more than a few postcounts I suppose.
