    What's the Epassporte policy on refunds?

    I got scammed by Q-man of fetishwebmasterclub.com and need to get the money that I sent him via Epassporte returned. He was supposed to be done with everything by mid April and as of now, doesn't reply to my ICQ or email messages. I just did a search on him and it seems he has a habit of this.

                          Just so you know (incase you didnt)

                          P2P payments are the same as cash.

                          If the person you are sending to takes the money out of their account epass will not refund you the difference no matter what. epass will only refund you from the person's account you sent the money, if they have money left there. most who scam do not leave money in their accounts.

                          Always good to be upfront with people.

                              If I can find enough people who were scammed, hopefully I can get his epassporte account yanked.
